We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and donation forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message or donation details you submit. If you make a donation via M-Pesa, we may also receive transaction details (such as amount and phone number) needed to confirm and acknowledge your gift.

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, process and acknowledge donations, follow up on sponsorships and partnerships, and share impact updates with donors and partners who request them. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Payment Processors
Donations made through M-Pesa are processed directly through that provider. SBS does not store your mobile money PIN or full payment credentials - please refer to the privacy policy of M-Pesa (Safaricom) for details on how they handle your payment information.
Cookies
Our website uses a small amount of local storage in your browser to remember that you've accepted our cookie notice, so it doesn't show again on future visits. We do not currently use tracking or advertising cookies.
Data Retention
